Breakfast was great! !

We had a wonderful stay with our family and enjoyed the nearby Casino, which offered some great dining and shopping opportunities. The hotel was conveniently located across from the Casino and made it easy for us to explore the area, especially the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a larger parking lot for our family vehicle.

The location was perfect for our concert night, just steps from the venue! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had great pressure in the shower. we felt like royalty for our date night! Definitely want to come back for more family fun.

The bed was huge and comfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The staff was friendly, which made a tough stay easier to handle.

i had a lovely stay at this hotel while attending a wedding ceremony nearby. the staff were friendly and the room had an amazing view that truly exceeded my expectations. the breakfast options were outstanding with a variety of hot choices that fueled my day.

The check-in process felt rushed, and the staff seemed unfriendly. No greeting as a rewards member was disappointing. Our room was on the third floor, which provided a quiet atmosphere, but cleanliness was a big issue. Hairs were found in the shower and on the bed, which made me uncomfortable. I also noticed the bed was too firm for my liking. The casino across the street was convenient, and well-lit for late-night walks. Unfortunately, the entrance smelled of smoke due to guests hanging around outside. On a positive note, the breakfast options were decent and the maid service was efficient. I think the rooms really need more attention to cleanliness and comfort.

Sippin' on the local vibes, I loved the cozy spots like Ruth's Chris Steak House just a stone’s throw away! The staff were absolutely top-notch, going above and beyond to help out during a tough time. Honestly, it felt like family! And you can’t go wrong with the comfy King Suite, perfect for winding down after an epic day.

This place suits me perfectly! The staff is friendly, and I enjoy the free wi-fi and 24-hour reception. The seasonal outdoor pool is a nice touch. I still remember how they helped me with currency exchange on my first stay.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Our one-night stay was marred by dated furnishings and an uncomfortable mattress. Although breakfast options were plentiful, we found cleanliness was an issue. Proximity to the casino was great! Consider requesting a room with a fresh, clean mattress.
